Venezuela's Interior Ministry reported that a Conviasa flight carrying 315 repatriated Venezuelans from Mexico landed at Simón Bolívar International Airport, which serves Caracas.

According to the report, 146 of the deportees are minors and 169 are adults. The Venezuelan government stated that it is providing them with care under established "security and health protocol."

Earlier this week, another plane from Honduras landed in Maiquetía with 90 Venezuelan citizens, as part of another phase of the Return to the Homeland Plan.

Among those repatriated were 11 women and 79 men, with no minors or pregnant women reported in this operation.

So far this year, more than 4,800 Venezuelans have returned to the country, most of them since the United States and Venezuela reactivated a migration agreement—despite not having diplomatic relations since 2019.
