The Army bombed strategic Houthi facilities in Yemen
The Pentagon reported that several strikes targeted infrastructure where the Iranian-backed terrorist group was stockpiling weapons.
The Department of Defense (DOD) reported that the U.S. Army conducted multiple airstrikes against Houthi facilities in Yemen, targeting locations where Iranian regime-backed terrorists were storing various types of weapons.
According to a Pentagon official, as reported by AFP, the weaponry was used by the terrorist group to target both civilian and military ships navigating the Red Sea.
At this time, it is unclear whether there were any casualties among the terrorist group.
Since Hamas' attacks on Israel on October 7, ships transiting the Red Sea have become frequent targets of the Houthi terrorists.
In response, the Pentagon and its Western allies, including the United Kingdom, have carried out counterattacks, primarily launching missiles at Houthi installations in Yemen, with the most recent strike occurring on Saturday night.
