Elon Musk welcomes his eleventh child, the third with singer Grimes

He named his son Techno Mechanicus. Journalist Walter Isaacson announced the birth of Musk's newest son.

Elon Musk became a father again a few months ago. The owner of Tesla, SpaceX and X (formerly Twitter) secretly welcomed his 11th child and the news wasn't released until just a few days ago when a review of Musk's new biography was published by journalist Walter Isaacson. The book will go on sale this Tuesday.

In it, the writer revealed that Musk had become a father again. He named his son Techno Mechanicus, although his nickname is the Greek letter Tau (T). This is his third child with singer Grimes. They welcomed their son X AE A-Xii (nicknamed X) in May 2020 and their daughter, via surrogate, Exa Dark Siderael (nicknamed Y) in December 2021.

Grimes and Musk ended their relationship after their daughter's birth. In fact, the singer posted on X that Musk did not let her see little Tau. She responded to one of Walter Isaacson's posts and wrote, "Tell Shivon to unblock me and tell Elon to let me see my son or please answer my lawyer." Hours later, the singer deleted her post.

Elon Musk's love life

Grimes is Musk's fourth known partner. The two have three children together. Musk also has six children with Canadian writer Justine Wilson, whom he married in 2020. The first of these, Nevada, died suddenly at only ten weeks old. After this, they welcomed five other children, one set of twins and one set of triplets.

Right after breaking off his relationship with Wilson in 2008, he began dating British actress Talulah Riley, whom he married in 2010 and again in 2013. After this he dated Amber Heard and, at the end of his romance with Johnny Deep's ex, he began his relationship with Grimes.

However, Musk didn't have any children with Talulah Riley or Amber Heard. Business Insider magazine reported in July 2022 that shortly before Musk and Grimes had Y, he had fathered twins with Shivon Zilis, project director of Neuralink, another company founded by Musk.
