Apple makes history: first company to surpass $3 trillion market capitalization

Its shares rose to $192.65, which was the decisive factor in reaching this milestone.

There's a new stock market record. This Friday, Apple became the first company in history to surpass a $3 trillion market capitalization, after each of its shares rose to $192.65. Its market value soared to $3.03 trillion.

Since the beginning of 2023, the stock market values of the company co-founded in 1976 by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne have grown by 47%. This increase has made it the only company in history to exceed this capitalization.
