On the occasion of Nicolás Maduro's visit to Brazil, several Brazilian opposition congressmen started shouting "killer" while displaying "wanted" signs featuring the face of the Venezuelan dictator, the same slogan used for violent criminals and criminals on the run.

This is not the first time Maduro has publicly been called a killer. Former Colombian President Iván Duque referred to the Venezuelan dictator as "a murderer, a criminal against humanity" during an interview last year.

As of Tuesday, Brasilia is hosting a summit of South American presidents, including Maduro. In fact, it is the first time that the communist leader has visited Brazil in eight years, after the previous president, Jair Bolsonaro, banned his entry into the country.
