Google says they want to be "as transparent as possible" with each of the changes they apply to their privacy policy. Well. In its latest update, the tech giant has made public its new conduct regarding the collection of data from its users to apply to its artificial intelligence (AI).

During the last weekend, the company renewed its privacy policy in order to have full freedom to handle Internet users' data. The main change is that Big Tech will now be able to collect all the data it needs to have a much more advanced and powerful AI tool:

For example, Google may collect publicly available information online, or from other public sources, to help train Google AI models and develop products and features such as Google Translate, Bard and Cloud AI features. Or, if your company's information appears on a website, Google can index it and display it in its services.

In the latest data protection update, dated December 2022, it did not mention anything about its artificial intelligence tools:

For example, Google may collect information publicly available online or from other public sources to help train Google language models and features such as Google Translator. Or, if your company's information appears on a website, Google can index it and display it in its services.
