Trump vowed that he will not benefit financially and confirmed that he will not attend this year's leaders' meeting, which will be held in November in South Africa.

The 2026 G20 summit will be held at the Trump National Doral resort and golf club, owned by President Donald Trump.
"Everybody wants it to be there because it's right next to the airport, it's the best location, it's beautiful, everything is beautiful," Trump said from the Oval Office, adding that he will not benefit financially from hosting the meeting.
"We won't make any money on this. We're making a deal where there will be no money, there's no money in this. I just want it to go well," the president assured.
In addition, the president confirmed that he will not attend this year's G20 summit, to be held in November in South Africa. In his place, Vice President JD Vance will attend.
