In September, thousands of Chileans voted 'no' on a proposed new constitution that sought to turn Chile into a "plurinational, intercultural, regional and ecological" state. With 62% of votes against, the majority voiced their disapproval of the left's attempt to modify the basis of the South American country's rule of law.

During the recent CPAC Conservative Political Action Conference in Mexico, Voz Media had the opportunity to speak with political analyst Daniel Quirós Araya, who participated in the campaign to reject the new Chilean Constitution. In his conversation with Karina Yapor, Quirós explained the strategy that ended up succeeding in changing the public's opinion that initially wanted to modify the constitution and spread the liberticidal trend that plagues Latin America.
