Fights continue in California between LGBT protesters. A few days ago in Los Angeles, violence broke out in front of Saticoy Elementary School. This Tuesday, a brawl erupted at the Glendale school board meeting. Around 6 p.m. (local time), a group of 200 pro- and anti-LGBT protesters lashed out against each other.
One group shouted, "Leave our children alone." These parents are against the district's teachings on gender and petitioned the school board members, calling each member by name, to stop the plans that indoctrinate children. A few minutes later, fights broke out, which ended up going viral on social media:

Three arrested after Glendale fight
The fight ended with three arrests. As reported by Glendale police, these individuals were charged with obstructing officers and unlawful use of pepper spray.
To stop the fight, the police deployed a total of 50 officers. However, they weren't able to de-escalate the situation. They finally ordered the crowd to disperse and threatened to use force if necessary.
Protesters were unsuccessful in convincing the Glendale Unified School District to change their plans, which approved, at that same meeting, the statement of support for Pride Month for the next five years:
Human Rights Campaign declares "state of emergency" over loss of LGBT rights
On the other hand, at the same time as the protests were taking place, one organization declared a "state of emergency" in the country. According to the Human Rights Campaign, LGBT rights in the nation are increasingly under threat:
We have officially declared a state of emergency for LGBT+ people in the United States for the first time following an unprecedented and dangerous spike in anti-LGBT+ legislative assaults sweeping state houses this year. More than 75 anti-LGBT+ bills have been signed into law this year alone, more than doubling last year’s number, which was previously the worst year on record.
The organization calls out states such as Texas, Tennessee and Florida where laws have been enacted to "prohibit talk of sexual orientation in elementary schools."
However, some members of this group do not support indoctrinating children about sexual orientation. One example is the organization Gays Against Groomers, which, as it states on its Twitter profile, supports LGBT rights but is against the indoctrination of children.
Last month our @GAG_California team went to speak at @GlendaleUSD’s school board meeting in support of this young girl who was reprimanded for using her teacher’s “wrong” pronouns.
Well, tonight, we are BACK. And this time, it seems a lot more people found the courage to stand… https://t.co/sNYPv48KcW pic.twitter.com/o1KJ30tz4L
