A new shooting in Serbia has left at least eight dead and 13 wounded in the city of Dubona, about 36 miles from Belgrade, authorities said. The 21-year-old killer, identified as Uros B., has already been arrested by the country's police forces. This attack comes two days after a 14-year-old boy killed nine people at an elementary school in the capital.

According to Serbian public television, the killer was with friends on Thursday night when he got into a dispute with one of them. He then went home and grabbed an automatic rifle.

Upon returning to the place where he was with his friends, he began to shoot indiscriminately at several people. Authorities confirmed eight dead, including a policeman, and 13 people were taken to a nearby hospital.

Following the incident, Uros B. escaped, and local authorities issued an urgent warrant for his arrest. The operation was carried out by some 600 police officers. Serbian Interior Minister Bratislav Gasic called the attack a "terrorist act."
