Apocalypse Manufacturing offers the possibility of turning cars into armored road machines. Prices range from $150,000 to $250,000.
Some are already preparing for a hypothetical catastrophic future. Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based car company Apocalypse Manufacturing has made itself available to people who want to prepare their cars to counter the threats posed by a zombie invasion. However, those who want to prepare for this dystopian future will have to order in advance.
The company is offering Americans to armor their SUVs and provide them with an airtight seal that would protect against attacks from the undead. Couple two more wheels to the axles, i.e. convert the cars into 6x6 vehicles for greater traction on the road and better adapt to any type of surface. Each car is uniquely manufactured.
In addition to the wheels, the automaker offers its customers the opportunity to add other accessories to their SUVs, such as leather roof and door trim ($6,000), night vision ($5,500) or 40-inch wheels ($3,000).
Apocalypse Manufacturing currently has six different models with their respective prices: Juggernaut (undisclosed price), Hellfire ($150,000), Dark Horse ($175,000), Sinister 6 ($150,000), Warlord ($250,000) and Super Truck (undisclosed price).
