A 3.8 earthquake shakes California

The Geological Survey reported that a 3.8 earthquake was recorded in Ontario, California. However, the service did not mention damage or injuries from the seismic movement. The USGS explained that the earthquake occurred at 11:38 pm just 2 miles east-southeast of Ontario at a depth of approximately 8 miles.

"Notable earthquake, preliminary information: M 3.8 - 3 km ESE of Ontario, California," the service wrote on its X account.
