Biden stumbles and falls on the stairs of Air Force One while boarding
This is not the first time the President has fallen while boarding the plane.
President Joe Biden once again captured attention on social media after he was recorded stumbling as he walked up the stairs to enter Air Force One in Warsaw, Poland.
The incident of the 80-year-old president occurred on Wednesday, shortly after he concluded his trip to Ukraine and Poland, and set out to return to Washington DC.
Biden went forward by walking up to the door of the plane and although he tried to appear normal by standing up quickly and waving before entering the plane's cabin, the video quickly began circulating on social media.
"Oops he did it again. Our president seems incapable of getting up a flight of stairs. This is the guy leading us into WWIII… what could go wrong?", commented Trump's son, Donald Trump Jr, through social networks.
Several falls
In March 2021, Biden stumbled twice on the flight of stairs leading up to Air Force One while attempting to depart for Georgia. Once again, Biden was filmed during his fall and at the time White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said the incident was due to wind gusts.
Also, in May of last year, the President stumbled on his way up to the plane at Joint Base Andrews, which was about to fly to Illinois, but on that occasion Biden managed to avoid falling by holding on tightly to the handrail with his right hand.
Despite these stumbles, it seems that Biden does not really have any major physical problems, or at least this is what the White House doctor recently assured after a health check-up.
The President "remains a healthy and vigorous man in his 80s who is able to successfully execute the duties of the presidency," the doctor said according to a statement issued by the White House.
