Álvaro Peñas is a columnist and international analyst specializing in Eastern Europe. A contributor to Atlantico, Demokracija, Disidentia, and La Voce del Patriota, his articles are regularly published in Slovenian, Spanish, French, English, and Italian, and have been translated into some twenty languages. He is also an author and has translated the following books into Spanish: Huda Jama. Tito’s Worst Crime, by Roman Leljak; Scorched Earth: Stalin’s Reign of Terror,” by Jörg Baberowski; and “We Rose Up and Survived,” by Slovenian Prime Minister Janez Jansa.
