Sweden: Attacker storms into school and injures several people with sword

An attack that occurred this Friday at a school in Sweden left several people injured. According to authorities, the attacker stormed into the school and injured several people with a sword.
Authorities responded quickly, managing to apprehend the attacker, whose identity and origin have not yet been disclosed.
The attack took place at a school located in the town of Fagersta, in central Sweden. "A person armed with a sword entered Brinell School and injured several people," the city council said in statements reported by AFP.
They later confirmed the arrest of the alleged attacker. So far, there is no official figure on the number of injured, although local media reported that at least two people had been injured and that the armed individual had been shot in the leg by police.
Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson stated that authorities are already investigating the incident.
"There are reports of people injured. We do not yet know what is behind the attack, but we do know that the police are working extremely hard," Kristersson said.
