Judge delays Trump worker's arraignment hearing until Aug. 10
The Mar-a-Lago manager did not plead guilty because he has not found a Florida-based attorney to represent him. He was ordered to pay $100,000 if he fails to appear at the next hearing.

Carlos De Oliveira, manager of Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate, made his first court appearance in Miami as part of the U.S. investigation into the handling of classified documents. De Oliveira was named in the indictment against the former president last week.
The Trump employee did not plead guilty because he has not found a Florida-based attorney to represent him. The judge delayed De Oliveira's arraignment hearing until Aug. 10. He was also ordered to surrender his passport and sign an agreement to pay $100,000 if he fails to appear at the next hearing. He also may not have contact with any witnesses in the case.
Department of Justice (DOJ) special prosecutor Jack Smith last week added three new charges in Trump’s case: two for obstruction of justice, destruction of evidence and intentional withholding of classified information in the case of the documents that surfaced at Mar-a-Lago.
According to the 60-page report filed by Smith's team Thursday, Trump ordered his property manager to delete security camera footage in an attempt to prevent federal investigators from accessing it.
