'Poor Things' snatches victory from 'Barbie'
The big surprise of the gala was given by the film 'Poor Things' that, against all odds, snatched the victory from 'Barbie' by winning the statuette for Best Motion Picture in a Comedy or Musical. American singer Taylor Swift also made a surprise appearance at the Golden Globes. The artist accumulated a nomination in the category of Best Box Office Performance for 'The Eras Tour,' an award that finally took Greta Gerwig's film 'Barbie.'
