Michael Madsen, one of Quentin Tarantino's favorite actors, has died

The actor suffered a cardiac arrest at his home and emergency services could do nothing to save his life. He was 67 years old.

Actor Michael Madsen, known for his roles in cult films such as Thelma & Louise (1991), Wyatt Earp (1994) and Donnie Brasco (1997), has died at age 67 after suffering a cardiac arrest.

The news was confirmed by his representative. The interpreter was found without a pulse in his home located in Malibu, California and emergency services could not do anything to save his life.

In addition to the aforementioned films, Madsen will be remembered for being one of Quentin Tarantino's favorite actors. He appeared in numerous films by the famed director, in some with a more leading role than in others.

Among those films, his appearance in Reservoir Dogs (1992), in Kill Bill (2003) and its sequel (2004), in The Hateful Eight (2015) and in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood (2019).

In addition to Tarantino, Madsen worked with other renowned directors, such as, for example, Robert Rodriguez.
