Robert Kelker-Kelly, the actor who won over audiences as Bo Brady on 'Days of Our Lives,' has died
During his three years on the show, the actor shared the screen with Kristian Alfonso, who played Hope Williams Brady, and Lisa Rinna, who played Billie Reed. His performance as Bo earned him the 1994 Soap Opera Digest Award for Best Leading Actor.

American actor Robert Kelker-Kelly, known for playing Bo Brady on the popular series "Days of Our Lives," died on Saturday, Oct. 3, at the age of 62. The cause of death has not been disclosed.
According to People, the Missouri medical examiner confirmed that Kelker-Kelly passed away on Oct. 3.
Kelker-Kelly was a well-known figure in American daytime television and appeared in three major soap operas throughout his career. His debut in the genre came in 1987, when he joined the cast of "Another World" to play Sam Fowler.
In 1992, he took on one of the most significant roles of his career by becoming Bo Brady on "Days of Our Lives," succeeding Peter Reckell, who had originally played the character since 1983.
During his three years on the show, Kelker-Kelly shared the screen with Kristian Alfonso, who played Hope Williams Brady and Lisa Rinna, who played Billie Reed. His performance as Bo earned him the 1994 Soap Opera Digest Award for Best Leading Actor.
A year later, Kelker-Kelly and Rinna were named the Most Attractive Couple at the 1995 Soap Opera Digest Awards for their portrayals of Bo and Billie. Both left the series that same year, and Peter Reckell later reprised the role of Bo.
His career after "Days of Our Lives"
In addition to his acting career, Kelker-Kelly was a professional race car driver.
The actor was married to actress Linda Rattner, whom he married in 1988 and divorced in 1992. In 1997, he married Miriam Parrish, also a cast member of "Days of Our Lives." The couple divorced in 2013.
