Brothers Tristan and Andrew Tate granted permission to leave Romania and fly to Florida
Both were denied the right to leave the European country, where they are accused of several counts of rape and human trafficking, and have been on trial for over a year.

Influencer Andrew Tate, who is charged with human trafficking and rape in Romania, left the European country on Thursday for the United States, according to airport sources who spoke to AFP.
Romanian aviation news outlet BoardingPass said "a Gulfstream G550 private jet took off from Bucharest, Romania with destination to Fort Lauderdale" shortly after 6:00 a.m. (04:00 GMT).
"The flight (...) will be direct and will take about 12 hours," it added.
Romanian prosecutors claim that ex-kickboxer Andrew Tate, 38, his brother Tristan, 36, and two women formed a criminal organization in Romania and the UK in 2021 that sexually exploited several victims.
The brothers, who hold British and U.S. nationalities, maintain their innocence.
Romanian anti-organized crime unit DIICOT said the two brothers, who traveled together to the United States, remain "under judicial surveillance" and are required to "appear before judicial authorities for each summons."
"Bad faith violation of the obligations imposed upon them could lead to the substitution of judicial control with a superior measure of custody," the DIICOT said.
Four British women who accused Andrew Tate of rape expressed concern last week that the U.S. government might pressure Romania to ease travel restrictions.
According to the Financial Times, U.S. President Donald Trump asked Bucharest weeks ago to return the passports of the Tate brothers.
Romanian Foreign Minister Emil Hurezeanu claimed that Trump's envoy, Richard Grenell, raised the case with him weeks ago during the Munich Security Conference.
The four women, who sued Tate in the British High Court for rape and coercive control between 2013 and 2016, urged Washington not to intervene.
Tate rose to fame in 2016 on the British reality show 'Big Brother,' from which he was removed after appearing in a video in which he attacked a woman.
He subsequently took to social media, where he promoted his misogynistic views on how to be successful and shared racist and homophobic comments with his 10 million followers on X.
