Mark Sheppard, actor in the TV series "Supernatural," recently revealed that he had suffered six massive heart attacks in just one day. The British performer, 59, recounted his experience on Instagram, stating that health services brought him "back from dead four times":

Furthermore, in his post, the actor reported that he was discharged after a day in the hospital. Along with this, Sheppard thanked his wife, as well as the Mullholland Police Department and the Providence California Saint Joseph Hospital for their help and treatment.

As he explained, his massive heart attack was caused by a problem in the left anterior descending (LAD) artery. This, reports the National Library of Medicine, is the largest coronary artery and transports almost 50% of the blood carried by coronary circulation.

His post soon garnered countless comments. However, the words written by his partner in the "Supernatural" TV show, Misha Collins, stand out. She jokingly claimed that he didn't need to have six heart attacks, that two or three were more than enough: "Mark! You don't need to do the most and biggest every time! 6 heart attacks? 2 or 3 would have been impressive enough. You've impressed us, okay. Now stop with this heal up and get back on the road with us. Love you, pal."
