Three children and three adults killed in shooting at Christian school in Nashville
Police confirmed that the attacker, a 28-year-old woman, was shot dead.
A shooting at Covenant School, a Christian elementary school in Nashville, Tennessee, left three children dead and three adults besides of several injured. The Nashville Police Department (MNPD) reported that the attacker was shot and killed:
The MNPD confirmed that the perpetrator of the shooting was a 28-year-old female who entered the school with two assault rifles and a handgun shortly before 10:30 a.m. local time.
The Covenant School teaches children up to sixth grade. The Nashville Fire Department (NFD) urged parents to come to the school for more information.
