Critics and fans were pleased with the new trailer for The Flash that was released on Tuesday. The Warner Bros. and DC Studios film, which hits the big screen on June 16, stars Ezra Miller, Michael Keaton and Sasha Calle. And it was precisely Keaton and Calle's performance as well as Ben Affleck's cameo as Batman that fans of the Scarlet Racer highlighted the most in this new trailer:

The film sparked excitement among fans and critics alike. Attendees at the CinemaCon convention, held April 24-27 in Las Vegas, were able to enjoy not only the trailer, but were the first to see the feature film starring Ezra Miller and the reactions are very positive. One example is EW journalist Lauren Huff. She assured that the film "is a riot from start to finish" and acknowledged that she was not surprised that Warner Bros. had hopes for The Flash, since "it's a hit."

To share what makes #TheFlash special would be to spoil it. It is necessary to go as blind as possible. It hits the nail on the head, starts with a sequence that has to be seen to be believed and is chaos from start to finish. No wonder WB trusts her: she's a hit.

Warner Bros Discovery director Peter Zaslav is of the same opinion. He assured, in statements to

Variety

that The Flash "is a very emotional movie. They're going to go through all the emotions. He also assured that the feature film, which he has already seen three times,"is the best superhero movie I've ever seen".

Critics noted the return of Michael Keaton as Bruce Wayne and his alter-ego, Batman. There was also praise for the Hispanic actresses who will appear in the film. Despite the fact that the actress of Latin descent in charge of playing Supergirl, Sasha Calle, will be one of the main characters in the film, critics focused more on the performance of Spanish actress Maribel Verdú. She will make her Hollywood debut playing the Scarlet Racer's mother, Nora Allen, in The Flash:
