The House Oversight Committee found financial records revealing that members of the president's family received more than $1 million from the account of a Hunter Biden business associate who received money from a state-owned energy company in China.
This Thursday, Kentucky Republican Representative and House Committee Chairman James Comer reported that "at least" three of Joe Biden's relatives received payments from an account belonging to Rob Walker, who worked with Hunter and James Biden (the president's son and brother respectively), in a company that was intended to be a partnership with the Chinese energy company CEFC.
According to the memorandum written by the House Committee, on March 1, 2017, China's State Energy HK Limited transferred US$3 million to an account called Robinson Walker, LLC and shortly thereafter Biden's family members and their companies began receiving payments that increased "over a period of approximately three months."
"The recipients of the money included Hallie Biden (the president's daughter-in-law), companies associated with Hunter Biden and James Biden, and an unknown bank account identified as ‘Biden'," the published information states.
Reports indicate that, in the same period, more than $1 million was transferred from the same account to European Energy and Infrastructure Group in Abu Dhabi, a company associated with James Gilliar, another business partner of Hunter Biden.

Biden family's business dealings worry the GOP
Comer explained that he obtained this information from financial records provided by Bank of America and commented that it causes great concern because of the "national security implications resulting from President Biden’s family receiving millions of dollars from foreign nationals."
"We will continue to follow the money trail and facts to determine if President Biden is compromised by his family’s business schemes and if there is a national security threat,” he said.
