Obama criticized White House doctor for Biden's mental health warnings

Ronny Jackson reveals the email sent to him by the former president for alerting on Biden's mental strength He believes the president will not finish his term.

Barack Obama criticized in a harsh private message former White House physician Ronny Jackson for questioning Joe Biden's mental capacity to preside over the country. Fox News has gained access to the email the former president sent to Jackson after he questioned Biden's cognitive health.

During the 2020 presidential campaign, Jackson, who has served as a doctor to three presidents (W. Bush, Obama and Donald Trump), posted a tweet in which he called for greater control over Biden in the wake of his profound mental confusions. A criticism for which Jackson, a Republican representative for Texas, was legitimized by his recognition as a presidential physician.

However, Obama did not like this warning from Jackson. The former president immediately sent an email to his former doctor showing his "disappointment in the cheap shot" he has taken at Joe Biden. "It was unprofessional and beneath the office he once held. It was also disrespectful to me and to the many friends you had in our administration," Obama reproaches.

The former president's angry reaction has been brought to light in Ronny Jackson's memoir. Holding the Line: A Lifetime of Defending Democracy and American Values'.

"Crazy statements and gaffes from Biden".

In his memoir, Ronny Jackson recalls Biden's "crazy statements and gaffes" during the presidential campaign. "He didn't know what state he was in or what office he was campaigning for," the congressman recalls. When Biden was a candidate, he starred in an episode in which he thought he was running for Senate and didn't even remember what state he was campaigning in. "This had been going on for months and it was getting worse and worse," Jackson notes.

During Donald Trump's tenure, there were numerous establishment media outlets that questioned the former president's mental health. It was in that context that, in 2018, Jackson revealed that Trump's mental fitness was "excellent." Then analysts scoffed at him. "Trump never made nonsensical statements like Biden did almost every day," Jackson writes in his book, "but these people were jumping up and down: 'He's not fit to be president; he needs a cognitive exam!" he recalls.

We have a serious problem with his cognitive impairment and that he will not make it four years in office. Joe Biden's cognitive failures are there for all to see.

Jackson decided not to respond to Obama's email. He notes that this was his last contact with the former president. The congressman insists on Biden's 'problems: "I was the first to say that we have a serious problem with his cognitive impairment and that he won't make it four years in office. I've always said there would come a point where it wouldn't be just me talking about him, but his own party and, sadly, that has been the case. Joe Biden's cognitive failures are there for all to see," he said.

Jackson's memoir goes on sale July 26. It chronicles his journey to the White House as a Navy doctor, his relationships with the three presidents he served and the beginnings of his political career.
