Hunter Biden, who will be investigated by the House of Representatives for his business dealings with the Chinese Communist Party, lived in his father's Wilmington (Delaware) residence during a period of time when the recently discovered classified documents were already there. President Biden's son paid nearly $50,000 per month in rent for a year.
This was revealed by a journalist from the New York Post, Miranda Devine, who has published the documents that prove it. Hunter began listing the family property as his habitual residence in 2017, following his divorce. He even went so far as to point out that the address belonged to him in documents dated back in July 2018. The home is also listed as his usual residence for his personal credit card and Apple account billing in 2018 and 2019 respectively, this is according to emails accessed from his abandoned laptop and later viewed by Fox News.

Suspicions that the Biden family delivered the documents to China
Hunter referred to the money he gave to his father in a message to his daughter in which he indicated that he gave half of his salary every month towards the Biden family's expenses: "I hope you all can do what I did and pay for this entire family for 30 years. It is very hard. But don't worry, unlike Pop [Joe], I won't make you give me half your salary."
The NY Post notes that during this period of time when he had free access to the documents hidden in the garage of the residence, Hunter was also "addicted to cocaine." In addition, it was around the time that he allegedly conducted several "shady" business deals abroad that are currently under investigation.
This has already been denounced in Truth Social by former President Donald Trump, who assured that confidential documents in the possession of Joe Biden reached the hands of the leaders of the Chinese Communist Party. A statement that gains strength after this latest discovery.
