Donald Trump on Biden's candidacy: "He is the most corrupt president in U.S. history."

The former president believes that the Democrat's reelection bid is absurd considering his administration’s “calamitous” term.

Former President Donald Trump issued a statement accusing Biden of being "the most corrupt president in U.S. history." He did so in anticipation of the current president's official announcement of his candidacy for the 2024 presidential election. Trump released the statement six hours before the video of Biden's announcement surfaced.

Trump chose a harsh and critical tone to talk about the Democrat's management. In the former president's opinion, running for reelection after such a calamitous administration is madness.

You could take the five worst presidents in American history and put them together, and they would not have done the damage that Joe Biden has done to our nation in just a few short years. Not even close. Thanks to Joe Biden's calamitous socialist spending, American families are being decimated by the worst inflation in half a century. Banks are failing. Our currency is sinking and the dollar will soon cease to be the global standard, which will be our biggest defeat in over 200 years. Real wages have been falling 24 months in a row; in other words, under Biden, workers have taken a pay cut each and every month for two years in a row.

One of the great failures of the Biden Administration is on the southern border. Trump blamed the president for having "unleashed millions of illegal immigrants" on the United States. The Republican candidate left no stone unturned and also took aim at the insecurity situation in the country, citing the problems of drug addiction and crime in the big cities. He also pointed to the government's support for sex change treatments for minors and leftist indoctrination in schools. Nor were the Armed Forces spared from criticism, which suffer from the insanity of their high command.

Under my leadership, we had the most secure border in U.S. history by far. We have never had such a border. Under Biden, the southern border has been abolished and millions of illegal aliens have been released into our communities. (...) We are like a landfill. Our cities have been overrun by homeless people, drug addicts and criminals. violent (...), while law enforcement is a weapon against law-abiding conservatives or Republicans, or people they just don't like. Our children are being indoctrinated and maimed by leftist fanatics. The upper ranks of our Armed Forces have gone completely woke, and our Army is suffering greatly.

Finally, Trump hammered Biden's foreign policy, starting with the disaster in Afghanistan. The chaotic evacuation of Kabul was one of the darkest spots in the first six months of the Biden Administration. For Trump, the failure does not end there. With the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the Chinese threat and Iranian nuclear rearmament, Trump believes the Democratic president is leading the world toward World War III. "Biden has totally humiliated our nation on the world stage," he asserted.

"With such a calamitous and failed presidency, it is almost inconceivable that Biden would even think of running for re-election," concludes the statement, where Trump promises to remedy all the ills cited above and make "America great again."
