Voters disapprove of candidates who encourage sex changes in children

73% of Americans will not vote for politicians who support transgender surgeries on minors or the use of puberty blockers.

Seven out of ten Americans say they will not vote for candidates who support transgender policies for children. According to a Trafalgar Group survey, 72.7% are less likely to support a candidate who supports allowing minors to use puberty blocking drugs, hormones or undergo sex change surgeries.

Supporters of the Republican Party do not support such candidates. Nearly all Republican supporters, 96.5%, are against candidates who support these measures in children. However, the opinion of Democratic Party voters is more divided: 57.3% say they are in favor of sex-change policies while 42.7% are not. The majority of independent voters also oppose these types of decisions. Four out of five (79.2%) will not vote for a candidate who approves puberty-blocking drugs, hormones or undergoing sex change surgeries on minors.

Another recent Trafalgar Group and Convention of States Action poll revealed that four out of five voters are against allowing children to undergo sex-change surgeries or use drugs that block puberty before they reach legal age.

Biden backs transgender surgeries on minors

Joe Biden defends laws allowing sex change operations and the use of drugs on children. In an interview with the progressive media outlet NowThis, he said that states shouldn't be allowed to ban these types of measures on minors:

I don't think any state or anyone should have the right to do that (prohibit it). As a moral and legal matter, I believe it is wrong.

Numerous Democratic representatives support trans policies. California Governor Gavin Newsom passed a bill to allow minors to undergo sex change surgeries and obtain puberty-blocking drugs. On the other hand, the Michigan Department of Education (from the Democratic Party) implemented a program that promotes a theory of "gender fluidity" in children and encourages teachers to "facilitate the sexual transition" of minors without parental consent.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Justice and the Department of Defense awarded more than $250 million to Zero to Three, an organization that promotes transgender ideologies to children as young as two years old.
